If you require a re-issue of your degree,

1. Select the ‘Forms tile. Search for “Academic Transcript Request’ form
2. Complete the form and submit
3. Complete the payment associated with the request for a re-issue. Details can be found on the application form.
4. Your request will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation when this is complete.
5. All correspondence will go to your e-web address.
